SCA介绍
SCA是由世界两大最具影响力的精品咖啡协会SCAA （Specialty Coffee Association of America）美国精品咖啡协会和SCAE （ Specialty Coffee Association of Europe）欧洲精品咖啡协会合并成立的。
SCA新教育系统
合并后的SCA新教育系统名称为CSP（Coffee Skills Program）。CSP的教育模块分为：
- 基础模块 Introduction to Coffee 咖啡介绍（10分）

• Green Coffee 咖啡生豆
• Sensory Skills 感观技能
• Roasting 烘焙
• Brewing 咖啡冲煮
• Barista Skills 咖啡师技能 -
三个等级
• Foundation (5 points) 初级 （5分）
• Intermediate (10 points) 中级 （10分）
• Professional (25 points) 高级 （25分）
